Course Content: Course content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, Content may be updated or modified without prior notice, Course materials may be available for download or online access only, as specified in individual course details, Downloaded course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced.
Certificates: Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a certificate of completion, Certificates are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional accreditation or licensure, You may share your certificate on social media or professional platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) with proper attribution, Certificates remain the intellectual property of Lawyush, and unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
6. PAYMENT AND FEES
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, etc.), You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees, We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.
Pricing: Course fees are clearly displayed at the time of enrollment, Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect courses already purchased, All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee may be charged at the time of enrollment (as specified for each course), This registration fee covers administrative costs and is not refundable under any circumstances.
7. REFUND POLICY
Eligibility for Refund: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course enrollment, Refunds are available ONLY if you have NOT accessed any course content, Once you access, view, download, or engage with any course content (videos, notes, materials, etc.), you are NOT eligible for a refund
Refund Amount: If eligible for a refund: You will receive a full refund of the course fee EXCLUDING the registration fee, The registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days
How to Request a Refund: To request a refund:
- Email us at lawyush@gmail.com within 7 days of enrollment
- Provide your order ID, registered email, and reason for refund
- We will verify that you have not accessed any course content
- If eligible, your refund will be processed accordingly
No Refund After Content Access
IMPORTANT: Once you access any part of the course content, you forfeit your right to a refund. This includes: Viewing any video lesson, Downloading any course materials, Accessing any notes, case briefs, or resources orParticipating in any course activities
Exceptions: Refunds outside of the 7-day window or after content access may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as: Technical issues preventing access (which we are unable to resolve), Duplicate payments or billing errors.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Ownership: All content on the Website, including but not limited to: Text, articles, law notes, case briefs, Videos, audio, images, graphics, Course materials, certificates, Logos, trademarks, branding, Software, code, design is the exclusive property of Lawyush and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of India and international treaties.
Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to: Access and view content on the Website for personal, non-commercial, educational use and Download course materials (where explicitly permitted) for personal use only.
